1. Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1 By creating an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other guidelines or policies posted on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

• 2.1 Account Creation: To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• 2.2 Account Use: You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not, in using the Platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property or data protection laws.
• 2.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful behavior. You can also request account deletion at any time by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

3. Platform Use

• 3.1 Karaoke Events: The Platform allows hosts to create and manage karaoke events, upload song lists, and interact with singers. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• 3.2 Singers' Interaction: Singers can use the Platform to discover events, request songs, and interact with hosts. All users must engage respectfully with each other, and any inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
• 3.3 User Content: By uploading or submitting content (e.g., song lists, event details, profile images, promotional images for venues and events, messages) to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.
• 3.4 Reviews and Feedback: Singers may leave reviews or provide feedback about events and hosts. However, all feedback must be respectful, constructive, and in line with our Community Guidelines. Abusive, offensive, or defamatory reviews are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove or moderate any reviews that violate these Terms or our community standards. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of the offending user’s account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• 4.1 Host Subscriptions: The Platform offers subscription tiers for karaoke hosts, which unlock various features such as song list uploads and event promotion tools. By subscribing, you agree to pay the associated fees and comply with the terms of any applicable subscription plan.
• 4.2 Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@love-karaoke.com.
• 4.3 Automatic Renewal: Host subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis and will renew automatically at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1 Platform Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Love Karaoke and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• 5.2 User-Generated Content: While you retain ownership of your content, you acknowledge that Love Karaoke has the right to use your content as described in Section 3.3 above.

6. Prohibited Activities

• 6.1 Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.
• 6.2 Post or transmit any infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• 6.3 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
• 6.4 Engage in any activities that would interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

7. Data Privacy

• 7.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

• 8.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Love Karaoke. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• 9.1 Disclaimers: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 9.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Karaoke will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

• 10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Love Karaoke and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

11. Modifications to the Terms

• 11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

• 12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England for the resolution of any disputes.
